With over ten years of experience in building fundraising infrastructure for clients and closing 6 and 7 figure gifts, Peter W. Jones Consulting deeply believes in fundraising and growth driven by a pleasantly social and collaborative spirit. 

Prior to founding his consultancy, Peter W. Jones served the mission of the Food Bank For New York City where he helped raise millions in private support.  During his time at the Food Bank, Peter closed a $2M gift from an individual donor and assisted in the execution of a star-studded Gala with celebrities including President Bill Clinton, Jimmy Fallon, Jon Stewart, and Gwyneth Paltrow that raised on average $1.4M annually. 

Peter W. Jones Consulting serves three areas of focus: to advise nonprofits on fundraising, to offer guidance for strategic planning and board management for businesses and nonprofit organizations, and to do work in the for-profit Business Development space. 

Peter W. Jones Consulting is developing a niche and reputation for helping nonprofits expand nationally, having helped clients grow their Major Gifts efforts into the main national wealth markets of California, Texas, Florida, and the Northeast.  Providing clients a data-driven approach to strategic planning and the building of fundraising infrastructure along with top line Major Gifts success, Peter W. Jones Consulting has a geographic focus in the following three markets: New York City, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC.
